They understood the urgency and fit us into their schedule quickly. We hired them to take down several big pine trees and maples. The pricing was very fair, the work was done professionally, and they did a fantastic job cleaning up the area afterward. Derek and his crew were very prompt and professional. He showed up at the time specified. They were very careful in the process of taking the tree down to make sure it did not damage the fence or surrounding bushes. Before they left all broken branches and sticks were picked up off the lawn and nearby sidewalk. I researched several prices and found blue ribbon to be more affordable than other tree services. We recently had a large pine tree (about 60–70 feet tall) removed from our property, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the job Blue Ribbon did. The tree was in a very tight spot—right next to both our house and shed—so it wasn’t an easy removal. The crew skillfully climbed and dismantled the tree piece by piece with great care and precision. What really stood out to me was how careful they were with our property. Despite the size and location of the tree, there wasn’t a single mark left on the lawn, and everything around it was protected perfectly. On top of that, their cleanup was outstanding. They left the yard looking spotless, like the tree had never even been there. Overall, this was a highly professional job from start to finish. Derek was great to work with. He gave me a quote and I told him that because I had never had trees taken down, I was going to get a second quote. Derek told me if the other quote was lower, he would beat it. Although the other quote was lower, it didn’t include the extras that Derek and his crew were willing to do. They took down a total of nine trees, dropping four of them the day before Thanksgiving and then the remainder this morning, Saturday. They cleaned up all the debris, and hauled everything away. They will be back in the spring to grind the stumps. The whole crew showed up when they said they would and didn’t stop working until the job was done. You can’t go wrong with the Blue Ribbon Tree Service. I plan to use them again in the future.
